Service surcharge applicable outside business hours:

The following surcharges will be invoiced for service outside business hours:

• Monday to Saturday: 50 % surcharge
• Sunday: 100 % surcharge
• We will charge an additional flat rate of € 50 for spare parts required outside of our regular business hours.
